This Is Lovely, You Should Listen To It of the Day: Brian Williams’s honey-timbred daughter Allison performs Nat King Cole’s “Nature Boy” to the tune of RJD2’s “A Beautiful Mine” (AKA the Mad Men theme music).

According to the video’s description, the entire performance was recorded live — “no cuts, dubbing, lip-syncing or auto-tuning” — and filmed in one take.

Ohhh, I liked this a lot.  Really, really nice.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie (1995)

Last night I was supposed to be working on my long-overdue typography assignments, but I ended up downloading and screencapping the shit out of this movie instead—thanks to a Power Rangers post on ONTD. Clearly, I can’t set my priorities straight.
Some thoughts:
I really loved this movie as a kid, but now I can’t bear watching the whole thing. It’s so lulzy.
Kimberly was the HBIC.
Tommy/Kimberly = OTP FOREVER AND EVER.
I didn’t care about the villains.
I kinda feel sorry for kids who didn’t grow up with Power Rangers.
I MISS THE 90’S.

ivan ooze was my childhood villain.

the skydiving scene in this movie was my favorite thing ever as a kid.

OMG, what’s the b-story going on in the background of last week’s “Community”???!!!
I’m probably the only person on here that isn’t looking forward to Christmas.

I hate Christmas.
And yes, I have my reasons.

Noooope, I don’t like Christmas either. :/

COLLEGE KIDS, I NEED YOUR HELP.

eveningowl:

as i’ve only taken classes that take place during mid morning and afternoon,

PLEASE GIVE ME SOME PROS AND CONS OF EVENING CLASSES?

shoot, I hit enter and didn’t get to put in the cons.

cons: usually longer and during your free time (I don’t consider mornings/afternoons to be free time because I’m usually asleep then anyway, haha)
